This policy outlines the attendance expectations for trainees participating in the training course, as well as the ethical and behavioral principles that all trainees and trainers must adhere to during the course period.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure commitment and maximize the benefit from the training process.

Policy Scope:

This policy applies to all trainees enrolled in training courses provided by the International Specialized Academy for Training.

Attendance Regulations:

1. Dress Code: Trainees must wear the official uniform, present their ID, and enter the training hall before the trainer.

2. Classroom Rules: No mobile phones, smoking, side conversations, or frequent exits and entries.

3. Mandatory Attendance: Attendance is compulsory during practical and applied sessions.

4. Completion Requirement: Trainees must complete all modules of the training program.

5. Pre- and Post-Tests: All trainees must complete both pre-course and post-course assessments.

6. Final Exam: Trainees must score at least 80% in the final exam to pass.

Daily Registration:

• Trainees must register their attendance at the beginning of each session.

• Departure must also be recorded at the end of each session.

Lateness and Absence:

Lateness:

• A trainee is considered late if they arrive more than 10 minutes after the session has started.

• Repeated lateness (more than 3 times) reflects a lack of seriousness and may result in the trainee being denied a course certificate.

Absence:

• Trainees must notify the trainer or course coordinator at least 24 hours in advance in case of an excused absence.

• For health-related absences, a certified medical report must be submitted to the training center administration or course coordinator.

• In case of emergencies, trainees should inform the trainer or responsible staff as soon as possible and provide supporting documentation.

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

Warnings:

• A verbal warning will be issued for the first instance of unexcused lateness or absence.

• A written warning will be issued after two unexcused incidents.

Exclusion:

• Continued unexcused lateness or absence beyond two times may lead to temporary or permanent exclusion from the training course.

• Final exclusion decisions are made after reviewing the case by a specialized committee at the institute.

• All trainees and staff must treat each other with respect and kindness.

• Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying is strictly prohibited.

Integrity and Honesty:

• All trainees and trainers must uphold integrity at all times.

• Cheating, forgery, or plagiarism in any form is strictly forbidden.

Use of Resources:

Proper Use:

• Resources and equipment must be used responsibly and appropriately.

• Damaging or misusing the institution’s property is prohibited.

General Behavior:

Appropriate Appearance:

• Trainees must wear appropriate clothing and maintain a respectful appearance that reflects the training environment.

Respectful Language:

• Polite and respectful language must be used at all times.

• Offensive or vulgar language is strictly forbidden.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

Confidentiality:

• Personal information and peer privacy must be respected.

• No private information should be shared without prior permission.

Communication:

• Trainees must communicate regularly with the trainer or course coordinator regarding any attendance-related matters.

• Clear communication channels (email, phone, etc.) are provided to facilitate reporting and follow-up.

Investigation and Review:

• Any policy violations will be investigated promptly and seriously.

• Disciplinary actions will be taken based on the investigation’s outcome, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion.

Periodic Review:

• Ethical policies are reviewed and updated periodically to ensure alignment with institutional goals and values.

• The attendance policy is also reviewed and adjusted as needed to support the achievement of training objectives.
